THE PLATFORM

Less fragmentation.
More continuity.

A study should not lose its context every time it moves between teams. Unesora is designed to connect the clinical development lifecycle, while preserving where information comes from and who is responsible for it.

Choose the modules your study needs. Connect them to each other, or to existing systems through defined interfaces. Expand your scope as your needs grow.

01 / DESIGN

Shape the study

Protocol, medical writing and study configuration.

02 / CONDUCT

Run with clarity

Sites, participants, trial data and operations.

03 / REVIEW

Connect the evidence

Safety, reconciliation and independent oversight.

04 / DELIVER

Carry it forward

Analysis, regulatory publishing and disclosure.

CONNECTED. WITH CONTROL.

Connection should
strengthen trust.

Shared context does not mean unrestricted access. Our platform design puts provenance, responsibility and independence at the centre.

01

Evidence with its history

Source versions, review decisions and changes remain part of the record. Connected information keeps its provenance.

02

Access with a purpose

Study, site and role boundaries determine what each team can see and do. Treatment information requires distinct controls.

03

Oversight with independence

Adjudication and monitoring committee workspaces are designed around controlled data access, blinding and independent review.

A COMMON CONTEXT. DIFFERENT RESPONSIBILITIES.

Built around the people
who move a study forward.

Sponsors & CROs

Connect study planning, execution and evidence across the teams responsible for delivery.

Clinical & data teams

Bring operational progress and clinical information into context, with discrepancies that can be investigated.

Safety & regulatory

Carry source evidence into case review, aggregate reporting and regulatory work.

Sites & independent reviewers

Purposeful workspaces with access defined for each role, study and responsibility.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Built to fit.
Designed to connect.

Do we need the entire platform?

No. The architecture is designed for separately configurable modules. A module can use another Unesora module or an approved external source for the information it needs, subject to the interface and study requirements.

Does connected mean one record replaces every source?

No. Shared identifiers and defined connections provide continuity, while each module retains responsibility for its own records. Reconciliation preserves differences and source history rather than silently overwriting them.

Can Unesora work alongside existing systems?

Defined external interfaces and controlled imports are part of the platform design. Compatibility, transfer formats and validation need to be assessed for each integration.

Is the platform available today?

Unesora is in development. This page presents its planned product scope and design principles. It does not claim that the modules are currently implemented, validated or available for live clinical use.

How are independent committees and blinding handled?

The design separates access to operational, clinical and treatment information. Adjudication and data monitoring committees have specific access boundaries; information is shared only within the applicable review scope.
